Lorenzo J. Bono is the Owner and Director of Operations of HCMCNY, Inc. (“HCMCNY”). He assumed ownership of the company in May 2026 and is leading the firm’s next phase of growth and expansion. Lorenzo brings more than 15 years of experience in luxury real estate, construction operations, portfolio management, and organizational leadership, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, strategic planning, and long-term business development. Since taking ownership of HCMCNY, Lorenzo has focused on building upon the 25 years of infrastructure, relationships, and growth established by founder Daniel Tomlinson. His vision for the company centers on expanding into new and emerging markets while maintaining the standards, reputation, and operational framework that have defined the firm’s success. Lorenzo oversees day-to-day operations, project execution, client relations, and strategic growth initiatives across the organization. Throughout his career, Lorenzo has managed high-value residential and commercial projects, supervised operational teams, and implemented systems designed to improve efficiency, compliance, and scalability. As a Six Sigma Green Belt, he combines analytical problem-solving with hands-on leadership to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence. Lorenzo is also a United States Marine Corps veteran who served during Operation Enduring Freedom, experience that helped shape his leadership philosophy, discipline, and commitment to execution.

Scott Lagoumis is the Operations Manager at HCMC, bringing 13 years of experience with the company to the role. Having worked at every level of the business, he has developed a thorough, practical knowledge of property management that few can match. Today he oversees the property managers and field crew, coordinating the teams responsible for keeping properties running smoothly and clients well served. His depth of experience and steady oversight help ensure that HCMC continues to deliver the dependable, high-quality service it has been known for over the years.

Marty Fishman serves as Project Manager at HCMC, drawing on an extensive background in construction project management. His years of hands-on industry experience give him a sharp eye for detail and a practical understanding of what it takes to see a project through from start to finish. At HCMC, Marty oversees projects for client homes, coordinating the work and managing each phase to keep things on track, on budget, and up to standard. His expertise and careful oversight help ensure that every project reflects the quality and reliability HCMC's clients have come to expect.

Denise Naso serves as HCMC's Community Director, bringing nearly two decades of experience to the role. With approximately 18 years in municipal Code Enforcement, Denise developed deep expertise in property maintenance, building and zoning regulations, inspections, and regulatory compliance, working directly with property owners, contractors, and municipalities. Her background also spans construction, excavation, landscaping, bookkeeping, and office operations, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both the administrative and physical sides of property management. At HCMC, Denise focuses on community and property management, Board and homeowner relations, budgeting and financial oversight, vendor and contractor management, and construction and capital improvement projects. She brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to inspections, maintenance coordination, contract review, and emergency response. Since joining the team, Denise has made an immediate impact, and we are proud to have her helping lead and support our communities.
